Regina and her team take a holistic, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to every engagement. Guided by cultural teachings and an understanding that every community is unique, we listen first, build on existing knowledge and strengths, and develop solutions that reflect each client’s identity, priorities, and vision for the future.
-
Our work is grounded in trust, respect, reciprocity, and accountability. We value Indigenous knowledge, lived experience, meaningful relationships, and the strengths already present within communities. These values guide not only what we do, but how we work together; with care, integrity, and responsibility to future generations..

I am Odawa-Anishinaabe Kwe from Wiikwemikong Unceded Territory. I am a public policy and research professional with over 20 years of experience working at all levels of government, including First Nations advocacy, and with a global professional services firm, where I focused on Indigenous public policy, thought leadership, and reconciliation.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria, studied law at the University of Ottawa, hold a Bachelor of Arts in Canadian Studies from Carleton University, and have a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
-
With my cultural upbringing and teachings leading my approach, I am dedicated to supporting First Nations’ sovereignty and tapping into our people’s potential by collectively growing our capacities in ways that are human-centred, trauma-informed, and culturally relevant.
-
I offer professional services tailored to each client’s unique identity and needs, using a wholistic, supportive, and strengths-based approach. My mission is to help communities reclaim their cultural traditions and traditional laws through storytelling, translating that knowledge into impactful governance systems and leading policy innovations.
